PRESENTLY OFFERING A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THE CLINICAL DIRECTOR POSITION

Job Summary:
The Clinical Director will have experience working within an environment serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health, and Autism. Work collaboratively to build an organizational culture within Developmental Disabilities in Rockland, Goshen and Bronx for all programs that support the effective advancement of the Individual goals within an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) Program and Day Program and are in line with Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) standards. The Clinical Director is also required to work at a sundry location as necessary and work a flexible schedule when requested.

Education & Experience:

Psychologist; OR

Master’s Degree in a mental hygiene discipline (e.g., occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, speech pathology, or nursing), specifically related to health care, behavioral health or social science;

OR a licensed NYS Board Certified Registered Nurse.

Five (5) years of experience in Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health program.

Five (5) years of administrative leadership, management, or supervisory experience in OPWDD setting, delivering individualized and customized services.

Five (5) years of experience with interpreting and influencing policies for fiscal and program operations.

Three (5) years of Nursing experience.
