This Assistant Director position entails providing supervision for staff in the Children & Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) program in the Bronx and Rockland County. The Assistant Director is responsible to sign off on progress notes in care logic for the CFTSS staff, upload documents in the Document Library of child/youth Electronic Case Record in Carelogic and perform sundry duties that promote the efficient operation of the CFTSS Program. The Assistant Director will provide training and support to staff so that they can efficiently engage caregiver/family and child / youth to participate in service and reinforced the skills learned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure that supervisees receive Agency Training.
Approve the progress notes for the CFTSS services in Carelogic
Complete staff performance evaluation in a timely and accurate manner.
Track the Agency training requirement of the staff in the CFTSS program in Bronx and Rockland and remind staff of the Agency training they need to complete.
Carry out disciplinary actions of staff when necessary.
Teach and facilitate the needs of staff to deliver services in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.
Track Staff entry of progress notes within 48 hours into Carelogic, to ensure compliance.
Help to develop the skills of staff to assist the caregiver/family and child/youth to develop and achieve the identified goals and objectives set forth in the treatment plan.
Provide minimum of 1-hour supervision CFTSS staff duties performed.
Provide staff with the information to promote their skills in achieving the goal of restoring, rehabilitate and support the child/youth in their development.
Upload Documents in the Document Library of the Electronic Child Record in care logic.
Work flexible hours as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervision of the CFTSS staff and carry out the policies and procedures of the CFTSS program.
Monitor per diem submission of progress notes in Carelogic and time entered in ADP.
Education & Experience:
Two years supervisory experience is required.
LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required
Non restricted valid driver’s license required
