The AEDPS is LaSalle School’s senior leader to all assigned programs and services for youth and families. Working as the leader of the agency wide senior leadership team, they provide oversight and direction to all assigned Program Directors. The AEDPS has a key role in the executive leadership of LaSalle, working as part of a team to ensure that programs are functioning safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all applicable standards. They also provide oversight of all program utilization and enrollment, with a keen eye for risk management and sound financial operations. The AEDPS takes a leadership role in the implementation of all agency-wide initiatives (DEIB, Trauma Informed Care, Philosophy of Care, etc.), changes to existing programming, and the identification and development of new programming including responding to requests for proposal, grants, and other opportunities that serve LaSalle School’s mission and strategic goals. As a senior leader, they also support agency efforts to animate LaSallian culture and values, sustain partnerships with other ministries, and promote the formation of staff in all areas of the agency.
