Our school-based mental health team (SBMH) is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. Our talented team consists of licensed therapists, parent advocates, and is overseen by ABC’s Board-certified Child Psychiatrist and a senior-level LCSW.

Under the direction of the SBMH Director, the clinical supervisor will:

Supervisory Duties:

Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff located in partner PS/MS schools; opportunity for remote work
Provide oversight on all documentation for assigned therapists, including reviewing and signing progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and supervisory case reviews.
Maintain accurate documentation of weekly supervision and team meetings.
Be available to staff for consultation on challenging client issues and clinical emergencies.
Direct Services:

Conduct evaluations & diagnostic assessments for incoming clients.
Maintain a small clinical caseload of children to remain current in practice & technique.
Participate in on-call rotation as a supervisor.
Qualifications:

Candidate must be an LCSW
Computer proficiency and comfort using technology.
Experience providing clinical services to children and families.
Bilingual English Spanish is highly desired.
