Assist with Good Shepherd Services mission to become an anti-racist and multicultural organization, such as, but not limited to:

- Support the development of DEI ambassadors, including their ability to effectively engage and educate others.
- Attend program sites monthly; work closely with program staff to ensure they have an anti-racist lens embedded into
their work. Serve as a coach and facilitator in a consultative manner to help them progress towards becoming
programs that have a fully embedded anti-racist and equity lens.
-Lead the development of participant-facing anti-racism and equity programming and workshops.
