Job Summary:
The CFTSS/HCBS Clinical Administrator will provide supervision and oversight for the Children and family Treatment and Support Services program to restore, rehabilitate and support the staff in their delivery of services to children/youth and their families in order to promote their developmental skills necessary for the integration of the children/youth to become productive members of the family. The CFTSS/HCBS. The Clinical Administrator will provide training, manages fiscal/billing matters, address client concerns, incident reporting review and approve progress notes, be aware of and sensitive to trauma informed care and the cultural needs of the child/youth and how to best meet their needs. The Clinical Administrator is also required to work at sundry location as necessary. The Clinical Administrator is expected to work flexible schedule when requested.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide supervision and oversight for the psychosocial rehabilitative services workers
Carry out the policies and procedures of the CFTSS/HCBS programs
Ensure that all staff receive Agency Training
To assist staff in their professional development such as attendance at conferences, training etc.
Assist the staff to develop and apply skills in natural settings
Complete all supervisee performance evaluations
Teach staff to deliver services in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner
Provide supervision to staff as they implement services within the context of each child’s treatment plan
Provide staff with social and interpersonal skills with the goal to restore, rehabilitate, and support
Assist staff in establishing support networks, build and enhance personal relationships with child/youth and family
Provide staff with insight on how to implement coping strategies and effective functioning in the child/youth social environment, including home, work and school locations
Provide supervision to staff as they promote psycho education to family pertaining to the child’s diagnosis and reestablish daily functioning skills and personal autonomy skills including but not limited to learning self-care, developing personal interests, managing medication and treatments, learning about community resources, and good health routines
Assist the staff with learning generalizing coping strategies and social interpersonal skills to be shared with the child/youth in a community setting
Assist the staff to master effectively how to respond to identified precursors or triggers which may result in helping the child/youth to avoid such functional impairments
Provide training to staff in helping the child/youth understanding of etiquette and to develop self-regulatory skills including anger management
Work flexible hours as needed
Review, sing and approve staff progress notes
Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Master’s degree and LCSW required.
5 years supervisory experience of staff providing direct services to severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents or providing linkage to services for children with a mental health diagnosis.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively. The employee is required to stand; use mobility, handle, or feel and reach. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
