The Quality Improvement Coordinator will work with program staff to collect data and use evidence to develop measurable goals for program improvement using a Continuous Quality Improvement approach. This person will also ensure programs’ compliance w/agency policies and government regulations from NYC Administration for Children’s Services, Office of Children and Family Services and NYS Office of Mental Health. Proficiency in core competencies is important, including: data collection, assessment, collaborative problem solving, facilitation, written communication, and strategic planning.
