THIS POSITION HAS A $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
The Program Performance Evaluator will lead Human Rights Review Committee Meetings and generate minutes to program administrators, conduct Record/Money Management/Safety Reviews and Physical Plant Inspections and review medication administration. This position will perform ongoing Corporate Compliance and Risk Management assessments, as well as actively participate in the management of incidents, including monitoring of related computerized systems. The Program Performance Evaluator will assist with the coordination of external audits and participate in surveys led by the State or oversight agency.

An associate degree in social sciences is required, master's degree preferred. One (1) year of related field experience is required. Work study, volunteer, and internship experience will be accepted. A valid driver's license is required.
