The CQI Generalist will maintain understanding of current regulations related to incident management and quality improvement. She/he conducts physical plant safety inspections and quality of care observation, as well as ongoing compliance and risk management assessments. Other quality and compliance activities as deemed appropriate to improve quality of services and manage incidents in the agency.

Knowledge of NYS Justice Center, Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Office of Mental Health, Office of Children and Family Services, Administration for Children Services is required. A bachelor's degree in social sciences, and one (1) year of related field experience is required. A valid, non-restricted driver's license is also required for this position.
